Your data is safe.

It is important for us to secure your data. We are very aware of the possible implications in connection with the collection of data and potential misuse. We therefore comply with GDPR and other regulations to keep your data secure. We would like to highlight three ways we do this:

  1. All data is stored locally on the smartphone that comes with our product ErgoLab. That is we do not store data online, on servers or on platforms other than the device that belongs solely to the user or users of ErgoLab.
  2. We have secured the data. The data stored on the phone alone cannot be linked to an identifiable person, so in the event that the phone is used by unauthorized persons, they cannot link the raw data to an identifiable person. However, we allow the user to name files themselves, which can potentially be linked to a person's name. We therefore recommend naming users as an alter ego, so that, for example, "Hans Jensen" becomes "HJ".
  3. We do not sell your data or give your data to third parties. We clean the phone of data when the smartphone is in our hands again.

Type of data we collect with ErgoLab.

ErgoLab collects physiological data, including orientation and acceleration data from the head, back, arms and legs. All data collected is anonymous and not linked to an identifiable person. You can ask to have your data deleted from the smartphone at any time. Write to and we will guide you.
